UCS-TV will be the first American-Chinese TV channel to broadcast Chinese programming from news to culture to entertainment series and events throughout the world in English. The email address is ucstv@ucs-tv.com

The purpose of UCS-TV is to create a television channel that will promote a positive bond for Chinese and American Businesses and strong Cultural Relationships using today’s media tele-communications systems and satellites.

UCS-TV will conduct business in the areas of: Commercial Television Programming; Commercial Printed Media; Chinese and American Film Production, Distribution and Promotion; Product and Consumer Trade, Business Opportunities with Cultural and Educational Exchange power in the United States and abroad.

The officers/founders of UCS-TV are infamous star reporter Daway Zhou as Chairman/Chief Editor; professional producer of stage, television, film and music Osayande Baruti as Chief Executive Officer, manufacturer and inventor Ralph W. Thompson Jr. as President and acting Treasurer with blu-ray engineer and pioneer Linda Kempster as General Manager and acting Secretary.

Currently, UCS-TV is airing on COMCAST Cable Channel 248, WFBT-TV Channel 48 in Chicago and WFBN Channel 33 in Rockford with a website address- www.ucs-tv.com - that will feature the daily information on China, the United States, and international affairs. UCS-TV will focus on news, events and issues that are important to Chinese and American communities in the USA.

Plus, UCS-TV can provide an international commercial promotions outlet to American businesses who want to advertise in mainland China!

sports world cultural events original movies
anchor series and inspired shows from FAMILY UNIVERSAL NETWORK!

Formerly China Star TV and established in 1999, UCS-TV is the first and foremost choice of the Chinese community in Chicago for various programs that relate to China and the USA and serves the third largest market in the United States. The estimated reach is over 85% of the total Chinese population in Greater Chicago, but not limited to the Chinese community. The reach also includes Detroit, Michigan; Green Bay, Wisconsin and Indiana.

UCS-TV has an audience of 6,400,000 on Channel 23 and 7,500,000 on Channel 48 in Chicago and its surrounding counties.

Beginning in January 2007, UCS-TV will have multiple airtime and new channels added each month to lend more Chinese programming to American exposure!
